No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and over, payment is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.
Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
