This lovely property faces southwest and gives a lovely welcoming vibe. As you enter, follow the steps down into the living & dining area (with feature fireplace) and onto the double patio doors leading to the terrace. The spacious modern kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with a countertop window into the dining/living area.
The ensuite master bedroom also has doors leading out to the spacious poolside terrace. The second bedroom also leads out to a side patio and is served by an adjacent shower room.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.
Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
