The Interior:

This lovely 2-bedroom townhouse is in a beautiful location and is set over 2 floors. The property consists of 2 ensuite bedrooms, a WC, an open-plan lounge/dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen. The Master bedroom also has a private terrace overlooking the pool and also has lake views.

The Exterior:

The property has a private terrace with sun loungers and a dining area complete with a BBQ for those summer evening BBQs! There is a shared pool in front of the property and another pool that has a poolside bar too. The resort also has tennis courts available.

The Location:

The Lakeside resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat? From here you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Also close by is the very highly regarded and state-of-the-art sports centre ‘The Campus’ which is enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted and the lead person booking/staying at the villa must be over 23.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit.

Cancellation less than 6 weeks to arrival: No refund.
