Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted and the lead person booking staying at the villa must be over 23.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.
Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival – Loss of deposit.
Cancellation less than 6 weeks to arrival – No refund.
