The Interior:

Set over 2 levels this lovely, stylish property has class and gives a warm welcoming feeling. The property consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open-plan lounge/dining area with access to the terrace. Also, on this level is the Master bedroom which has a private balcony and a separate bathroom.

On the first level is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room.

The Exterior:

There is a fabulous, terraced dining and lounge area, plus a BBQ for you to enjoy those alfresco evenings. The terrace has lovely views across the lake to the golf course giving a peaceful and tranquil environment. There is also another terrace with sun loungers and lake views for those relaxing afternoons.

São Lourenço Village is a much sought-after location for those seeking privacy and relaxation. The development is a private resort set on a golf course and has a communal pool, landscaped gardens, and a tennis court.

There is the beach too, which is just a 20–25-minute walk away. Also, within a 20-minute walk is the lake/water sports center where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

There are other very nice restaurants within walking distance such as Bovino.

Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.

Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted and the lead person booking/staying at the villa must be over 23.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 6 weeks before arrival: Loss of deposit.

Cancellation less than 6 weeks to arrival: No refund.
