Located in the extremely popular and exclusive Encosta do Lago resort in Quinta do Lago, here you also have free access to the onsite facilities including the huge communal pool, Sauna, Turkish bath, Gym, Tennis courts, poolside snack bar and the highly regarded Tucanos restaurant.

The Interior:

The villa is finished to a high standard with a lounge, dining area, kitchen, WC, a double ensuite bedroom, and a twin ensuite bedroom.

The Exterior:

The property has a lovely private pool (which can be heated for an extra charge) and also a large terraced area. Ideal for relaxing with a book whilst topping up your tan!

Guests of the resort enjoy complimentary Molton Brown products, use of bathrobes, and fresh bread delivered daily, Monday to Friday. All complimenting the high standard of the resort and the properties.

Location:

The Encosta do Lago resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago. The resort is close to the lake/water sports centre. There you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports at the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing. By the lake and The Shack you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo. Walk along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more / AL – 259/09 /

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is payable at reception.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 75 days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee.

Between 74 & 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of total stay will be charged.

Between 59 & 45 days prior to arrival – 75% of total stay will be charged.

Less than 45 days – 100% of total stay will be charged.

No show – 100% of total stay will be charged.
