Two Bedroom Apartment in this extremely popular and exclusive Encosta do Lago resort in Quinta do Lago, here you also have free access to the onsite facilities including the huge communal pool, Sauna, Turkish bath, Gym, Tennis courts, poolside snack bar, and highly regarded Tucanos restaurant.

Guests of the resort in this holiday rental will also find, on arrival, complimentary Molton Brown products, use of bathrobes, and fresh bread delivered daily, Monday to Friday. All complimenting the high standard of the resort and the properties. Most of the two bedroom apartments with balcony are on the 1st floor, however, there are a couple on the 2nd floor that can be allocated.

The Interior:

The apartments which are located on the 1st floor (stair access) are finished to a high standard, and each has the same or similar décor to the photos. The property has a lounge, dining area, kitchen, WC, an ensuite double bedroom, and an ensuite twin bedroom.

The Exterior:

The property also features a large balcony/terrace area, ideal for relaxing with a book whilst topping up your tan! Use of the resort facilities including the stunning huge communal pool.

Two Bedroom Apartment in Encosta do Lago resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, also if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat? Overall, it is a great location.

By the lake and The Shack you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Also close by is the very highly regarded and state-of-the-art sports centre known as ‘The Campus’. Enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is payable at reception.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 75 days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee.

Between 74 & 60 days prior to arrival – 50% of total stay will be charged.

Between 59 & 45 days prior to arrival – 75% of total stay will be charged.

Less than 45 days – 100% of total stay will be charged.

No show – 100% of total stay will be charged.
