An extremely popular area, between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, the villa is within walking distance to the famous beachfront restaurants at ‘Praia do Garrão’. Also walking distance to Vale do Lobo and the Tennis Centre.
THE INTERIOR:
This lovely property offers a bright open-plan living space consisting of a lounge area, dining area a bright kitchen with access to the pool side terrace, 3 double bedrooms (2 ensuite) and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and is served by a separate bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor. Both are ensuite and have a balcony. The bedroom on the 2nd floor which also has bunk beds and balcony - This balcony leads to the roof terrace (No other access).

Booking Conditions
Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL/173302
The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £100 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable.
50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.
25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.
The full amount is retained for cancellations within 42 days.
