A fabulous 3-bedroom family holiday rental villa located in the secluded development of Fazenda Santiago on the outskirts of Vale do Lobo.

The Interior:

Set on 3 levels this lovely linked villa is in a contemporary design providing a welcoming and homely feel. The ground floor is where you will find the lounge, dining area, modern kitchen, WC and one of the bedrooms. This bedroom is a twin with an ensuite shower room. This bedroom can also be made as a double. The living area and the outside area is equipped with a Bluetooth Hi-Fi music system to create a desirable ambiance.

On the lower level there is a Shower room, a TV room with large flat screen TV and a full range of Sky channels, and a small laundry area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the first floor you will find two more bedrooms with south facing views over the surrounding countryside. One bedroom is a twin/double (can be either) with an ensuite shower room. The other bedroom is the Master bedroom equipped with an ensuite featuring a double sink, a bath and a separate shower.

The Exterior:

Through the French windows from the lounge / dining area, you have direct access to the poolside terrace and a small lawned garden. Here you will find a lounge where you can relax and enjoy a couple of cocktails. Choice of two different covered dining areas, one of which is under the covered gas BBQ terrace. The sunny pool is approx. 7,8m x 3,5m which can heated upon request at an extra charge. Around the pool are comfortable sun loungers and a parasol to make the most of your days in the sun.

The Location:

Villa Logan located just outside Vale do Lobo, Fazenda Santiago is a small and private development that also has tennis courts on site. A 5-minute drive away is the 5* resort of Vale do Lobo. Vale do Lobo is home to the famous Vale do Lobo Royal and Ocean Golf courses, some fabulous sports facilities including tennis. Also known as The Praça where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. All, in all a great location.

Within a few minutes drive, there are also lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from. Including eateries at Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Quarteira, and also Vilamoura.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before the information is updated here.

The information provided is a guideline only On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay generally a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.
