THE INTERIOR:

Set over 2 levels, the entrance/ground floor consists of an open plan living area with a lounge, a TV room, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a double bedroom and also a shower room. There is also a balcony off the lounge area with stunning views over the lake.

On the lower level are the remaining 2 bedrooms. A beautiful ensuite Master bedroom that has a shower and access to the garden terrace. The other bedroom is also a double with an ensuite shower. Both bathrooms have relaxing walk-in waterfall showers

THE EXTERIOR:

São Lourenço / San Lorenzo Village Resort is a hidden gem with a fabulous golf course. The resort is encircled by the Sao Lourenco golf course with views across the fairways and lakes. The village is perfectly presented with well-managed gardens, a communal pool, a putting green, and tennis courts. The golf clubhouse is a great place for dining whether it’s for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

LOCATION:

Apartment Lucille is a 3 bedroom apartment rental located off the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago, São Lourenço Village Resort is a hidden gem. The boardwalk is just a 20-minute walk away and this takes you along the sand dunes of the Ria Formosa (Nature reserve) and access to some fabulous restaurants. Quinta do Lago beach is only a 25-minute walk which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 15-minute walk away to popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat? Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 are permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned a maximum 30 days after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
