The open-plan dining and lounge area is decorated in neutral colours and has access to the poolside terrace. There is also a lovely fitted and well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. The villa also has a storage room, 2 ensuite bedrooms, and a further bedroom that has access to a shower room. The bedrooms are all double rooms with one being a pull-out double for children.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
