Casa Bonita holiday rental is located in the beautiful and peaceful 5* Lakeside Village Resort in Quinta do Lago this lovely 3-bedroom townhouse also has access to the onsite facilities on offer. Facilities include the 2 communal pools, the poolside bar, and tennis courts.

The Interior:

This lovely 3-bedroom townhouse is in a beautiful location and is set over 2 floors. The property consists of 3 ensuite bedrooms, one is on the ground floor and the others are on the 1st floor. There is also a WC, an open-plan lounge/dining area, and a fully fitted kitchen. The Master bedroom and the other bedroom on the 1st floor also have access to a shared office. They also have a south-facing terrace, overlooking the pool terrace and they also have sea views.

The Exterior:

The roof terrace is equipped with a BBQ area and has the best sea views. The south-facing poolside terrace has plenty of sunbathing space and also outdoor dining/lounging space. The pool size is approx 8 x 4 metres. The pool can also be heated for a weekly supplement charge.

The Location:

Casa Bonita holiday rental in Quinta do Lago at the Lakeside resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat? From here you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Also close by is the very highly regarded and state-of-the-art sports centre ‘The Campus’ which is enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service. Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
