Casa Madison is lovely 3-bedroom villa is located by the 15th tee of Vale do Lobo’s Royal Golf Course. Ideally located, just a short walk to the beach and to the famous Praça where it all happens!

The Interior:

The villa is set over 2 floors and gives a welcoming and family-friendly feel. The ground floor consists of an open-plan and spacious lounge/dining area that also has access to the poolside terrace. Also on this floor is the kitchen, an ensuite double bedroom, and also an ensuite twin bedroom.

The first floor is home to the large ensuite master bedroom that has its own private south-facing terrace. From the terrace, you have sea views and also golf views too.

The Exterior:

The pool and terraced area are southwest-facing and is also equipped with a BBQ. There is plenty of sunbathing space and also a shaded dining area. There is a small courtyard outside the kitchen with its exterior access.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / On public holidays there is no maid service /We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before the information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
