Casa Olivia in Vale do Lobo is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment by the tennis centre. The perfect location, close to the resort facilities and the beach.
The Interior:
On the entrance level you enter via the main hallway which gives access to the fully fitted kitchen, a
WC, the spacious dining and lounge area that has an open fireplace. All three bedrooms are upstairs.
The ensuite master bedroom is very generous in size and with natural lighting. It has two double patio doors leading out to a private terrace overlooking the pine trees and the ocean in the distance. Bedroom two is a double room and bedroom three is a twin room. Both of these bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom (shower and bath).

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service.
Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining, and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
