The townhouse has a lovely welcoming feel and is set over 2 levels. The ground floor is comprised of the entrance hall, a WC, a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan dining & lounge area that has a feature fireplace. From this living area, you can access the outdoor terrace through the patio door.
The upper levels comprise two ensuite double bedrooms and an ensuite twin room. Each has a private terrace.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets
No groups of young adults under 25 permitted

On public holidays there is no maid service.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.
Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
