Casa Serra is also just a few minutes drive or a 30-minute walk to the extremely popular Vale do Lobo ‘Praça’ and the beach. This lovely three-bedroom holiday rental townhouse with a jacuzzi has a great location overlooking the 8th fairway of the Vale do Lobo Ocean Golf Course.

The Interior:

Set on two levels each room is tastefully furnished making you feel right at home. The ground floor consists of a lovely lounge/sitting room with a bright dining area. There is also a fully fitted & equipped kitchen on this floor.
The upper level of the villa comprises the master double bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom that has a separate shower. The master also has patio doors that lead to a private, south-facing sun terrace. The second Bedroom on the ground level has twin beds. There is also a shower bathroom adjacent.

The third bedroom (twin beds) is on the lower level and is also a self-contained children’s playroom served by an adjacent shower room.

The Exterior:

The patio doors open onto the terrace which has a built-in gas BBQ. There is also a private jacuzzi and plenty of room for sunbathing & dining whilst taking in the golf views.

Casa Serra, Vale do Lobo is within a 30-minute’ walk you can be at the beach and The Praça. The Praca is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Complementary Vale do Lobo Resort Card: The memberships run from January to the end of December. Renewal is at the discretion of the owner and even if you have booked the villa for the subsequent year, we cannot guarantee the villa will still be a resort member. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January. If you are wanting to use the cards, please do check with us around the end of January.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.

Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
