This cosy 3-bedroom holiday rental villa is situated in a quiet and pleasant condominium. With a welcoming décor to make you feel at home and have a relaxing vacation. The property is fully equipped so you can enjoy your stay in comfort.

The Interior:

The living area is open plan, with a dining table and 6 chairs plus a sideboard, and the lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating. The lounge also has a fireplace, air conditioning, TV, and coffee table. This area is a good size and it also has air conditioning. The property also has a small kitchen that is well-equipped and organized so you can enjoy cooking for family and friends.
The property can accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and an extra fold bed in the lounge area. All the bedrooms can be found on the 1st floor, one is an ensuite double (with air conditioning) and the other two are a double and a single room. These two bedrooms share a bathroom.

There is a reserved parking space for the villa right in front of the main door. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. National and International television channels.

The Exterior:

This quiet and pleasant condominium has a pool that is quite large and the depth varies between 1 meter and 3 meters deep. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and plenty of space around the pool for the children to play. In this outdoor space, you will find several grassy areas, so you can stretch out a towel and enjoy the excellent sun of the Algarve.
The private terrace has a dining table near the charcoal BBQ that will allow our guests to enjoy al fresco dining on hot summer days.

The Location:

Located just minutes from the center of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife, ideal for families or groups who like to have fun and experience local life (gastronomy, nature, cycling). The marina is a short drive away and is where all the action is with its cosmopolitan restaurants, bars, and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, close by away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.
There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes’ drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.

Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
