Located just outside Vilamoura and a 5-minute short walk to Aquashow, the Waterpark. This beautiful s-bedroom holiday rental villa is spacious and close to the Vila Sol golf resort, and some fabulous restaurants. Close to the beach, golf, other sports facilities, and amenities.

The Interior:

The Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware; it is quite bright and with a direct view of the pool. The living room has a fireplace for colder days and air conditioning for those hot summer days. Right next to it is the dining room with a direct view and access to the garden and pool.
On the ground floor, there’s an ensuite double bedroom with a view to the pool, with air conditioning and lots of light.
On the 1st floor lies the master ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a serene decoration. This bedroom, also with air conditioning, has plenty of natural light and a terrace with a view of the pool. The other bedroom on this floor, also ensuite, is a twin, and also has access to a balcony with a view to the pool.
All the bedrooms are quite spacious and air-conditioned.

The Exterior:

The rear of the garden is where the guests will spend most of the time. There’s a charcoal BBQ available and plenty of garden furniture including a dining table and chairs for outdoor use. These are conveniently placed in a shaded area just by the pool. The garden is spacious with a plot size approx. 1000sqm. The pool is approx. 9 x 4 meters and heating can be requested at an additional fee.

The Location:

The villa is located just outside of Vilamoura, in Quarteira, and opposite the best waterpark in the area, Aquashow. Just a few minutes walk to Aquashow. Within a 20-minute walk, you have some fabulous restaurants including some of our favorites in Os Agostinhos and WildFire on the Vilas Sol resort. Just a 5-minute drive away is the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minute’s drive, there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.

Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
