The villa is complete with all the outdoor space and facilities to make your stay a stress-free holiday. The property is fully equipped inside and out, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, and living room. It includes a good-sized swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers.
The Interior:
A lovely and well-furnished villa that gives you a lovely home-from-home feel. The open plan lounge and dining area contains a dining table with 6 chairs, 1 4-seater sofa with chez-long, a fireplace, and a TV. Easy access from the lounge and the kitchen to the outdoor area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed as follow:
1st Floor: 2 x ensuite bedrooms with double bed;
Ground floor: 1 x Bedroom with twin beds and a shower room

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.
Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
