The Interior:
The villa is set over 2 floors this is a welcoming property. The ground floor consists of an open-plan lounge/dining area that also has access to the terrace. The kitchen is decorated in marble and natural wood and is fully equipped with an oven, hob, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. Also on this floor is a WC and 2 of the bedrooms. Both are also ensuite twin rooms.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before the information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only On public holidays there is no maid service. / AL 105769.
Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay generally a few degrees above the outside temperature.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
