A lovely 3-bedroom welcoming family villa nestled in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the secluded development of Vilas Alvas.

The Interior:

This lovely property has a large, comfortable lounge area with large sofas that enclose around a fireplace centerpiece. There is also a WC, 3 ensuite bedrooms, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. There are doors here leading onto the terrace.

The Exterior:

The outside area of this welcoming family villa has a great spacious garden with lovely, manicured lawns and sun loungers. There is a terraced area too with a covered dining table and a lovely inviting pool basking in the sun. Perfect for cooling down in between topping up your tan! There is also a BBQ so you can enjoy those summer alfresco evenings.

The Location:

Just a 20-25 minute walk away is the beach, Praia do Garrão where you will find the famous beachside bars/restaurants including Julias and Izzy’s.

A short drive or 30-minute walk away is Quinta shopping where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting Pot.

Vale do Lobo Beach and the Praça are also within a short drive. The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location.

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service /

Tourist Tax:

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 12 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 12 weeks: Loss of deposit / Less than 12 weeks: No refund.
