A lovely holiday rental 3-bedroom family villa nestled in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the secluded development of Vilas Alvas.

The Interior:

Set on 2 levels the villa has a modern contemporary design with lots of home comforts.

On the ground floor is a spacious and comfortable lounge/dining area, WC, plus a fully fitted kitchen. Also, on this floor are 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom and both have access to the poolside terrace.

On the first floor is the beautiful master ensuite bedroom. This bedroom has its own private terrace with views over the pool and gardens.

The Exterior:

The outside area of this family villa has a beautiful garden and a delightful pool area. The pool is approx. 8 x 4 metres and is surrounded by lovely manicured gardens. Around the pool are sun loungers which are perfect for relaxing in between taking lots of dips in the pool. There is a nice lounge area that is covered, a dining area, and a BBQ which is perfect for those summer BBQ afternoons.

This holiday rental villa is just a 20-25 minute walk away is the beach, Praia do Garrão where you will find the famous beachside bars/restaurants including Julias and Izzy’s. In a central location, you are within easy reach of the main areas of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Dunas Douradas. Within a few minutes drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 67793

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days notice – Deposit only / 30 – 16 days notice – 50% of total rental cost / 15 – 8 days notice – 70% of total rental cost / 7 -arrival day – 100% of total rental cost.
