Villa Willow is a beautiful 3-bedroom townhouse located in the highly popular development of Varandas do Lago. Perfectly located in between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

The Interior:

Villa Willow is set over 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious lounge and dining area with access to the outside terraced area. There is also a bright and fully equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom with a separate shower room. This bedroom can accommodate 3 people as there is a double bed and a single bed.

The remaining 2 bedrooms can be found first floor as well as a sun terrace where you can relax in peace and quiet with a good book! The en-suite master bedroom has Apple TV and the bathroom is complete with a bath and a shower. The remaining bedroom is a double with an ensuite shower room.

On the lower level, there is a small entertainment area with a mini-foosball table, a mini pool table, a dartboard, and 4 bikes for you to use. 2 adult bikes and 2 children’s bikes.

The Exterior:

Outside is a small swimming pool and a nice dining area which is perfect for a BBQ on those warm Al Fresco summer evenings. There are also sun loungers around the pool where you can relax in between a dip in the pool.

The Location:

We would recommend a car when staying in Varandas do Lago, however, amenities, restaurants, and shops are all within a few minute’s drive. Vale do Lobo beach and the Praça are within a short drive as is Quinta do Lago Shopping. You can also walk to the beach in around 20 – 25 minutes. From this beach you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Along the route you can access The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few. Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / AL – 24156

The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £100 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.

25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.

The full amount is retained for cancellations within 42 days.
