Located in the beautiful and peaceful Lakeside Resort in Quinta do Lago. Here you have free access to the onsite facilities including the large communal pool, poolside bar, and tennis courts.

The Interior:

Set over 2 floors this lovely 3-bedroom townhouse is stylishly furnished. On the ground floor, you will find a lovely open-plan kitchen. There is also a lounge and dining area with a fireplace and doors leading onto the terrace. The property can accommodate 5 people and all the bedrooms are on the first floor: the Master ensuite with its own private balcony, a double room, and a single room. The double and the single room share a bathroom which is also on this floor.

Exterior:

Outside there is a private pool that is gated, keeping the younger children safe. There is also a large terrace area with an electric awning, a dining area, a lounging area, and plenty of sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine! Complementary access to the communal pool and tennis courts.

Location:

The Lakeside resort is in a fantastic location in Quinta do Lago, being close to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat? From here you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Also close by is the state-of-the-art sports centre ‘The Campus’, which is popular for athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Sports include tennis, gym, padel, swimming, cycling, exercise classes, and personal training.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service /AL – 149559
Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

The booking fee is charged by the manager in charge of the property to cover administrative costs through the booking process (including the processing of guest data and tourist tax) pre and post holiday. The charge is £100 (non refundable) and is to be paid with the balance of your holiday.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable.

50 % of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 57 – 69 days before arrival day.

25% of the stay is refunded for cancellations done prior than 43 – 56 days before arrival day.

The full amount is retained for cancellations within 42 days.
