Casa Verbena is just a short walk to the beach and the very popular Vale do Lobo ‘Praça’, this 3-bedroom townhouse is perfectly located for those who want to be close to where it all happens!

The Interior:

The property is furnished with neutral shades giving you that beach-house feel.

The living area has an open plan feel with a connected lounge, dining area, and a good-sized, modern kitchen. The bedrooms are on the ground level and consist of an ensuite master bedroom, a bathroom, and a further 2 twin bedrooms. There is a bathroom on this floor too.

The villa is equipped with UK TV channels.

The Exterior:

The property has a lovely terraced area with a lounge area including a table, and chairs for dining. Also on the terrace, there is a BBQ, and a private plunge pool (which can be heated for an extra charge). Additionally, there is a roof terrace that has views across the Praça and the ocean making it a great spot for sunbathing with a chilled glass of wine!

Please note that during the months from June to September and maybe October you will be able to hear music from the venue Well where the large communal pool is.

Casa Verbena is also just a short walk to the beach and the very popular Vale do Lobo ‘Praça’. Here you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too, and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, amenities, and entertainment on your doorstep, this is a fabulous location. Within a short drive, there are lots of other places to see and explore. From small fishing villages, theme parks, or to one of the many beaches along the coast the Algarve is a fabulous location. All in all a great location to stay.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more / AL – 25119 / Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water.

From June to September the local council charge for parking near the property / Vale do Lobo. However, the owner will provide a complimentary parking permit valued at £200 so guests can park for free. Please be aware, should you lose or damage the permit, a replacement will be needed at the expense of the guest for £200.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 8 weeks: Loss of Deposit / Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
