Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 23 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service / Maid service is provided for stays of 7 nights or more / AL – 545/14.
From June to September the local council charge for parking near the property / Vale do Lobo. However, the owner will provide a complimentary parking permit valued at £200 so guests can park for free. Please be aware, should you lose or damage the permit, a replacement will be needed at the expense of the guest for £200.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
