On the ground floor, you have a spacious lounge, overlooking the poolside terrace and gardens. The living room comes equipped with flat-screen TV, English channels, a DVD player, and Music System with an iPad dock. The lounge area leads to the dining area which is beautifully furnished and has direct access to the terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate large freezer and a fridge; dishwasher; juicer; coffee machine; microwave; kettle; large oven; and an island with electric and gas hobs. The kitchen also has direct access to the outside BBQ Terrace. Also, on the ground floor are 2 of the bedrooms.

Bedrooms:

The villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children/teens.

Bedroom 1: Known as the Grey Room, this bedroom can be prepared as either a twin or a double room (please advise before arrival). This room also has a flat-screen TV, a separate dressing area, and access to the terrace overlooking the gardens.

Bedroom 2 is known as the light pink room and can be prepared as either a twin or a double (please advise before arrival). There is also a flat-screen TV, and a terrace overlooking the gardens and the pool.

Bedroom 3 known as the DKNY Master Room, can also be prepared as a twin or double bedroom. It features a fantastic DKNY headboard, and a lovely chaise longue placed to overlook the gardens. Also has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This room has a Juliet balcony overlooking the garden and putting green where you can enjoy the sun. Relax on the lounge furniture, whilst overlooking the pool and the beautiful gardens.

There is a connecting room from bedroom 3 that can be used as a seperate room. This room has a trundle bed which would be suitable for 2 extra people (teens/small children). The room also has a nice wooden round table overlooking the terrace and gardens. This room shares the terrace with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 4 is the White Master room with a king-size bed (1,80 x 2 metres). There is a private dressing area, a Juliet balcony with garden views, a flat-screen TV, and a music system.

Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with a bath. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite with a bath and separate shower. Bedroom 3 (and the connecting room) has an ensuite with a double basin and a separate shower. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite with a separate shower which overlooks fantastic country views. A WC situated next to the living area. There is also an additional shower room next to the TV Room on the lower floor.

On the lower floor, there is a TV room with a smart TV, a music system, and a PlayStation 3, which also includes a 3-seat sofa, together with a coffee table. This room is ideal for children to play with the PlayStation or watch movies.

The Exterior: 

The outside has lots of privacy and space, plus there is a putting green. There is a large pool that is approx. 12 x 6 metres with depths from 0.9 to 1.7 metres. There is a music system with 2 speakers outside in the covered BBQ area. The covered BBQ area has a Gas BBQ and has a lovely peaceful atmosphere with nice transparent curtains, lots of candle lanterns. There are 2 outdoor day beds next to the pool, sun loungers on the terrace around the pool, and/or on the lawn grass area. A tranquil place to relax and enjoy the sound of the birds and the ambient music sound.

The Location: 

Villa Eva is located just off the 1^st roundabout in Quinta do Lago and only a 10-minute walk to Quinta shopping where you will find some fabulous boutiques, restaurants, and bars. All in all, a fablous location.

Within a few minutes' drive, you also have lots of restaurants, bars, activities, beaches and amenities to choose from. Including Vale do Lobo and the popular Praça.
