Villa Amari is a family holiday rental home is a welcoming Algarve villa, situated in a quiet and very pleasant development that is just 800 metres from the beach in Gale. The villa is perfect for an enjoyable holiday with friends and family.

The Interior:

The villa offers a spacious open plan living area with patio doors providing lots of natural light. These patio doors lead out straight to the garden and pool area.
The kitchen is large with lots of space for preparing meals for the whole family.

There are 4 bedrooms in total. One bedroom is on the ground floor and has an ensuite shower room and the remaining bedrooms are on the 1^st floor. One is an ensuite double room and the other two are both ensuite twin rooms.

There is also a table tennis for hours of family entertainment.

The villa can accomdate up 10 people as there are also available 2 single beds.

The Exterior:

The outdoor area is also spacious, with a private pool and plenty of sun loungers for you to soak up the sun.
There is a fabulous lounge area and BBQ area overlooking the pool and the garden. The outdoor dining area is under cover, providing plenty of shade while enjoying alfresco dining.

The Location:

The villa is just 800 metres from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The ideal location for families or groups who prefer not to have a car.

The towns of Albufeira and Guia are close by with a plethora of local cultural experiences as well as other attractions including water parks, a sand sculpture festival, and extensive shopping at Guia Shopping Mall. Night owls can take advantage of the Algarve´s lively summer hotspots and buzzing nightlife.

Guests can enjoy a variety of local restaurant options from casual to fine dining, including the world-famous Piri-Piri chicken from Guia, a must for all visitors.

With the beach, restaurants, and also entertainment on your doorstep. All in all, this is a fabulous location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

The villas are given a thorough maid service prior to your arrival. During your stay, if you are scheduled to have a maid service, generally, their duties are to wipe down the kitchens and bathrooms, plus sweep/vacuum the floors. They are not able to do washing up, loading/unloading the dishwasher, laundry, ironing, or requests. So they can do their job efficiently please ensure surfaces are clear. If a towel change is scheduled, this only means the bath and hand towels and not pool towels if provided.

Extra maid service is sometimes available for an extra fee.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. The tax applies for arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October and the charge is €14 per person. The charge is for each person 13 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks: Loss of Deposit.

Less than 10 weeks: No refund.
