Located in a popular area in Vilamoura, this is a beautiful 4-bedroom / 3-bathroom holiday rental villa. The property is in a quiet residential area in Vilamoura and is also close to amenities. Just a short drive / Uber ride to the beach, sports, and the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities.

The Interior:

This welcoming villa is set over 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a stylish living area with a lounge and a dining area that have direct access to the pool area. There is also a bright, modern and well-equipped kitchen with a central island.

There is one bedroom on the ground floor, a double that has use of an adjacent bathroom that has a walk in shower.

On the 1^st floor are the other 3 bedrooms. On is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading onto a large balcony. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms that share a shower room.

The Exterior:

Outside is the terrace with an inviting pool. The pool measures approx. 8m x 4m and has ladder entry. The sunbathing terrace is complete with sun loungers to enjoy the sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade. There is also a shaded dining table and a charcoal BBQ so you can enjoy al fresco meals.

The Location:

Casa Brooke is in a much sought-after area of Vilamoura and is just a 5-minute drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. Also close to the Pinhal Golf Course Vilamoura. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are also lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive. All in all, a great location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.

Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
