Located in a popular area in Vilamoura, Villa Gracie is a beautiful 4-bedroom holiday rental villa. The property is close to the Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course and is also within walking distance to shops, and restaurants. Also, just a short drive/taxi ride to the beach, sports, and the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities.

THE INTERIOR:

This stylish villa is set on one level and finished to a high standard. The villa has a modern open-plan living space that has a lounge and dining area with direct access to the poolside terrace. There is also a bright, fully-equipped kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms in total. 2 of the bedrooms are twin rooms that share a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are both double rooms. Both have ensuite bathrooms with large walk in showers.

THE EXTERIOR:

Outside is a beautiful terrace with an inviting pool. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and also a lounge area where you can relax. There is also a covered dining area and a BBQ area where you can prepare some lovely meals and enjoy them alfresco style.

THE LOCATION:

Villa Gracie, a holiday rental is in a much sought-after area of Vilamoura and is just a 5-minute drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are also lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive. All in all, a great location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature. Using the pool cover will help retain heat. The weekly prices includes the final clean.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.

Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
