THE INTERIOR:
This lovely villa is set over 2 floors. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall that leads to a large lounge and dining room that has access to the poolside terrace. There is a spacious kitchen, and a utility room with a washing machine. Three of the four bedrooms are also on the ground floor. There is an ensuite twin room with a walk-in shower and 2 double rooms with ensuite shower rooms.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.
Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
