This spacious 4-bedroom villa has an open-plan design with the living area having direct access to the poolside terrace and gardens. The living space has a lounge, a sitting area, a dining area and lovely modern, fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this floor is a bathroom.
There are 4 bedrooms in total and 3 are on the first floor. There is an ensuite double bedroom with views from the balcony of the golf course. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor are both twin rooms. One shares the balcony with the double room and the other has a separate balcony. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that has a shower and a bath.

Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

On public holidays there is no maid service.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
