Villa Remin in Quinta do Lago ia a traditional 4-bedroom villa rental located in a very sought-after spot in Quinta do Lago with golf views at the rear. The villa is just off the 2^nd roundabout and close to Quinta shopping and the Quinta do Lago Lake.

The Interior:

This tastefully furnished 4-bedroom property has lots of charm and a wonderful family villa. Set over 2 levels the ground floor has a spacious and comfortable open-plan living and dining room that has access to the terrace. The kitchen is bright and well-equipped.

There are four bedrooms in total. Three are on the ground floor and consist of a twin room with an ensuite shower. There is also a double room and a twin room that share a bathroom. This bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The remaining bedroom is the ensuite master which is on the first floor. This room also has a large balcony with views of the pool and golf course.

The Exterior:

The outside area is spacious with a large poolside terrace and gardens that back onto the golf course. There is also a dining area with a gas BBQ. A lovely peaceful location, perfect for relaxation.

The Location:

Villa Remi in Quinta do Lago is within a 15-minute walk is the very highly regarded and state-of-the-art sports centre ‘The Campus’ which is enjoyed by athletes and sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities. Sports include tennis, gym, Padel, swimming, cycling, exercise classes, and personal training. Please ask the team for more information.

Also, within a 20-minute walk is Quinta shopping. Here you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars.

You are also a short drive (or 30-minute walk) to the lake/water sports centre where you will also find popular spots including The Shack and Casa do Lago.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a pedalo boat? Booking Conditions

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

More then 30 days notice – Deposit only.

30 – 16 days notice – 50% of total rental cost.

15 – 8 days notice – 70% of total rental cost.

7 -arrival day – 100% of total rental cost.
