The kitchen has everything you might need, making it a real treat to cook in.

There are 4 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor, you will find an ensuite double bedroom. This bedroom has direct access to the poolside terrace.

On the first floor, there are two more ensuite double bedrooms. The ensuite Master has a spacious bathroom and direct access to a terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

On the lower level is an ensuite twin bedroom, perfect for teen party members. Also on this level is table tennis and a cinema room. There is also a second fridge freezer on this floor.

The Exterior:

Outside there is a fabulous poolside terrace complete with plenty of sun loungers, lounge furniture, a dining area with a large BBQ, and a fabulous outdoor space with a peaceful setting. The infinity pool is a great size at approx. 10 x 5 metres and can also be heated for an extra charge.

The Location:

Only a 15-minute walk to Quinta shopping where you will find some lovely boutiques, restaurants, and Bars. Popular restaurants/bars at Quinta Shopping include the Cheeky Pup and The Melting pot. Vale do Lobo Beach and the Praça are also within a short drive . The Praça is where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and evening entertainment throughout the summer. With the beach, restaurants, and entertainment on your doorstep, all in all, this is a fabulous location.

Within a few minutes drive you can be at Quinta do Lago beach and many restaurants, bars, activities, and amenities to choose from.
