Villa Vermonte

On entry, you are greeted in style, with a two-story hallway expressing the classical design. The ground floor is spacious, consisting of an elegantly furnished lounge, dining room, and a well-stocked library. The lounge area also leads directly onto the poolside terrace. Next to the lounge, there is the kitchen, bright and airy that also has a breakfast table. Guest bathroom with shower is also on the ground floor.

TV lounge area has an ultra-high definition smart TV with LG’s WebOS  which, as well as the multi-channel cable TV which includes BBC, Sky (including Sky Sports) and TNT Sports, which also gives you access to various streaming services for films and music  such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Disney Plus and Spotify. (some of which may require guests own subscription).

There are four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom containing both a bath and shower cubicle. The bedrooms consist of two twin rooms, one double and another twin room that can be prepared as a double if requested. One of the ensuite twin rooms is on the ground floor and the remaining 3 bedrooms are on the first floor. All are of a similar size, which allows the villa to sleep up to 8 persons with no one being disadvantaged by their choice of bedroom. All bathrooms come with a selection of good-quality soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and also boxed tissues. There is also a social shower room available for visitors.

The lower floor has a large fully equipped laundry room and a double garage with table tennis.

The Exterior:

Perfect for outdoor living the villa boasts fabulous gardens with mature hedgerows and stone paths. The poolside terrace is spacious and equipped with a covered terrace by the kitchen. Here is a lounge area with sofas and chairs to accommodate 8 people, a coffee table, and a floor lamp. Extra shade is available here via an electric awning. The pool is a good size at approx. 12 x 6 metres and also for an extra fee it can be heated, and an electrically operated pool cover with a remote control recently installed. There is also a covered dining terrace with a built-in BBQ and outdoor kitchen area. Extra shade is also available here, again by an electric awning.

The Location:

Villa Vermonte luxury villa is Located off Roundabout 6 in the Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago. Quinta do Lago beach is only a 20-minute walk from the villa which is home to Gigi’s beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 20-minute walk away to popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat?
