Located in a popular area in Vilamoura, this is a beautiful 3+1-bedroom holiday rental villa. The property is close to the Pinhal Golf Course Vilamoura and is also a short drive or 30-minute walk to the beach, sports, and the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities.

The Interior:

This stylish villa is set over 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a WC, and a modern open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area with direct access to the pool area. There is also a bright, well-equipped kitchen and a separate laundry area.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 1^st floor, 2 of which are ensuite. The Master is a double room with an ensuite bathroom (bath with overhead shower). The other ensuite bedroom has a walk-in shower room. The bedroom that isn't ensuite is a twin room.

There is an additional room here that is an office, or it can be prepared as a twin bedroom on request. This is suitable for 2 teens/children.

There is another bathroom with a large walk-in shower upstairs and a separate guest toilet which is located downstairs.

The Exterior:

Outside is a garden and an inviting pool. There are also sun loungers and a lounge area where you can relax. There is also a BBQ area where you can prepare some lovely meals and enjoy them alfresco style. On the top level, there is a roof terrace ideal for enjoying the views surrounding the property including distant sea views.

The Location:

Villa Rose is in a much sought-after area of Vilamoura and is just a 5-minute drive to the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. Also close to the Pinhal Golf Course Vilamoura. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. There are lots to explore within walking distance and there are also lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes drive. All in all, a great location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.

Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
