Villa Simona is a traditional Portuguese holiday rental villa located in the Old Village of Vilamoura. The villa has 4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and a south-facing poolside terrace.
The Interior:
This lovely villa is set over 2 levels. On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall that leads through to the lounge and dining area. Here there is a fireplace, air conditioning, and also patio doors leading onto the poolside terrace. Also on the ground floor is a well-equipped traditional kitchen. One of the bedrooms is also on the ground floor. This is an ensuite twin bedroom that has pool views.
The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, one being an ensuite double bedroom with access to a shared balcony overlooking the pool. The 3rd bedroom has double beds and shares the balcony with the other double bedroom. The 4th bedroom is a twin room. These 3 bedrooms all have air conditioning. Also on this floor is a WC and a family bathroom.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

On public holidays there is no maid service.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 8 weeks: Loss of deposit.
Less than 8 weeks: No refund.
