The remaining 3 bedrooms can be found on the first floor, all of which have ensuite bathrooms/shower rooms.

The villa is equipped with cable TV, a BBQ, and air conditioning throughout.

The Exterior:

Outside there is also a gorgeous, picturesque pool area with a decorative rocky feature around the pool (approx. 8 x 4 metres). Children should be supervised here, for safety and the waterfall is only decorative (not in use).

The pool can be heated for an extra charge. There are lovely, terraced areas too, including a lounge area and a covered dining area with a BBQ so you can enjoy the summer evenings dining alfresco! There are plenty of sun loungers too where you can relax and take in the peace and quiet. All whilst admiring the beautiful plants and also flowers in the garden.

The villa also has access to the communal pool by Xenia restaurant which is only a few minutes walk away. There is also a bar/restaurant here and tennis courts which are available for an extra charge.

The Location:

Located in Dunas Douradas and within also a few minutes walk you can be at the beach and Maria’s beachside restaurant. A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça,

where you will find some of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is also evening entertainment throughout the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding. Also, just a 15–20-minute walk away is ‘Julias’ beach, and there are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. All in all, a great location.
