Villa Vera is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located on a large beautifully landscaped plot, located near the 6th roundabout of the resort of Quinta do Lago and a short walk to the lake & beach.

The Interior:

As you enter the villa there is a spacious entrance hall that leads to the lounge. The lounge is large and bright with doors leading to the poolside terrace area. From the lounge, you can also go through to the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a laundry room next to it too with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Also, on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms. One is a double ensuite that also has access to the poolside terrace. The other bedroom is also a double and has a shower room next door.
On the 1st floor are the remaining 2 bedrooms. One is a double ensuite bedroom and the other is the ensuite Master bedroom with access to a large terrace. On this terrace is a table and chairs, overlooking the pool and gardens, a perfect place to relax with a book!
Also on the 1st floor, there is a small TV room.

The villa has cable TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms & the kitchen diner, and plenty of parking through an electric gate.

The Exterior:

There is a covered terrace with a lounge area and also an outdoor dining table for 8 people. The pool is rectangular shaped and approx. 5 x 9 metres. The shallowest area has 1,6m and the deepest area has 2m depth. For an extra charge pool, heating is also available. There are sun loungers around the pool terrace and also a gas BBQ area with a pergola. A lovely setting for your alfresco BBQs.

The Location:

A short walk to the lake & beach. Located off the 5th roundabout in Quinta do Lago. The Quinta do Lago bridge leading to the beach beach is only a 20-minute walk from the villa. Across the bridge is the fabulous Gigi’s beachside restaurant. By this bridge you can access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few. Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

Also, you are just a 10-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake. You can also access the boardwalk here too.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat? Property Rules

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only. / On Public holidays there is no maid service / Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool does have a pool cover which will help maintain the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure 50% of your holiday cost.
Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure 75% of your holiday cost.
Between 0 – 47 days prior to departure 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
