Located in the very popular Vila Sol Golf Resort this spacious villa is overlooking the putting green of the 24th hole.

The villa is also within walking distance of the waterpark, the supermarket, and some fabulous restaurants. Close to the beach, golf, other sports facilities, and amenities.

The Interior:

As you enter the villa and go through the entrance hall you will find yourself in the main living area down one step. The open-plan lounge/dining area looks out to the lawned garden through patio doors. The lounge has a gas fireplace, satellite TV, and DVD, with views overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course. Within the living area, is a door leading to a small office space.

On the basement level is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Adjacent to the living area is a modern and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen also has direct access to the outdoor dining area and is stocked with appliances such as a gas hob, oven, microwave, state-of-the-art coffee machine, American-style fridge freezer, and much more.

There are 2 ensuite twin bedrooms on the ground floor, and on the first floor is an ensuite double bedroom. and newly refurnished Master bedroom, with shower, bath, and walk-in wardrobes.

The twin bedrooms downstairs have shower ensuites, and the twin room on the first floor has a bath and step-in shower.

Please note that there is a room on the first floor that is locked and not available with the rental.

The Exterior:

The outside of the villa has a spacious garden, and a covered terrace with table and chairs for 8. There is also outdoor lounge furniture, a large swimming pool, sun loungers, and a Gas BBQ. The pool also has a smaller, shallow circular pool, perfect for the little ones in the family.

The Location:

Villa Marlowe is located just outside of Vilamoura, in the Vila Sol resort. With some fabulous restaurants, bars, and, bakeries within the development, this is ideal for many people. On the resort is the family-friendly Oscars bar/restaurant and also the very nice Wildfire! You are also within walking distance of the supermarket, the best waterpark in the area, Aquashow, and, around a 30-minute walk, you have some other fabulous restaurants including a big favourite of ours, Os Agostinhos.
Just a 5-minute drive away is the Marina with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira. Right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants.

There are lots of places to explore and things to do within walking distance. Within a few minutes drive, there are also lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities. All in all, a great location.

Property Rules

No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout, and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On Public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining, and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure only the deposit will be retained by the Company.
Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure 50% of your holiday cost.
Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure 75% of your holiday cost.
Between 0 – 47 days prior to departure 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
