Villa Zeta

The Interior:

Set over 2 levels the villa is furnished and decorated stylishly. On the ground
floor, there is an open-plan lounge, dining, and reading area. There is also the kitchen, a storage room, a utility room, and a WC.
The dining area has a table for eight persons and a fireplace. The lounge area overlooks the pool terrace through the large sliding windows. The reading area has superb panoramic views over the golf course.
On the first floor of the property, you can find a TV room with a flat-screen TV equipped with
cable TV, a DVD player, and a surround BOSE sound system.
The accommodation comprises four ensuite bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two
twin ensuite bedrooms, and on the first floor, there are 2 double ensuite bedrooms. Both ground-floor bedrooms have sliding doors that give access to the terrace and the swimming pool area. The upper floor bedrooms have their own private spacious balconies.

The Exterior:

Outside there is also a dining area, with a table that can seat up to 8 people, perfect for al fresco
meals, a gas BBQ, and a sink. The infinity pool can be heated upon request (for a charge) and is
surrounded by several lounging areas and a beautiful, landscaped garden.

The Location:

Villa Zeta in Quinta do Lago is only a 20 to 25-minute walk to Quinta do Lago beach which is home to Gigi’s
beachside restaurant. Also, you are just a 15-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino,
Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake.
Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and
beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well
as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the
Aquapark, parasailing, jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a
pedalo boat?
