Villa Symphony

Set over three floors; the ground floor is home to the lounge, the dining room, the kitchen, the
laundry, one bedroom, and also a cloakroom. On the lower floor, there are two further bedrooms, and on the first floor, plus also there is a spacious master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave,
dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker, and has a breakfast area.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area has a glass table and is ideal for eight people. From here you can also access
the lounge which has plenty of seating and also a TV area with a fireplace, seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. Both the living and dining space has French windows that lead
to a covered terrace and pool terrace.

Bedrooms:

Villa Symphony comprises four ensuite bedrooms. On the lower floor, there is a twin
bedroom (with twin beds together), a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom and the other bedroom is
a double with a shower room. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom (two twin beds
together), with sliding windows to the pool terrace, a flat-screen TV, an adjacent dressing room, and the ensuite facilities, comprising both a bath and a separate shower. On the first floor is the double master bedroom equipped with a flat-screen TV, a private terrace, a separate dressing area, and a contemporary ensuite bathroom with two basins.

The Exterior:

The exterior is very impressive with a huge plot of mostly manicured lawns, colourful shrubs, exotic plants, palm trees, and pine trees, and also offers total privacy. The rectangular swimming pool measures approx. 11 m x 5 m. Pool heating is available upon request for an extra charge. There are also BBQ facilities with a charcoal barbecue, a sink, and a table for al fresco meals.

The Location:

Villa Symphony Quinta do Lago is also only a 20 to 25-minute walk to the Quinta do Lago bridge leading to the beach. By this bridge you can access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

Also, you are just a 15-minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake. You can also access the boardwalk from here too.

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is a fabulous choice of both lake and
beach activities. Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well
as sailing and water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the
Aquapark, parasailing, jet skiing, or if you want something more relaxing why not try out a
pedalo boat? All in all, a perfect location.
