Villa Alcaraz is a luxury holiday rental in Vale do Lobo. A fabulous four-bedroom contemporary villa designed by the famous architect Vasco Viera. Villa Alcaraz is a stunning property with a sunny infinity pool and rooftop terrace featuring a Jacuzzi with stunning sea views. Only a 10-minute walk to the Vale do Lobo beach and Praça.
The Interior:
The entrance level comprises the entrance hall, a WC, a south-west-facing open-plan
lounge/dining area, and a spacious kitchen. All the ground floor rooms have a modern design and panoramic sea views.
The ground floor is comprised of the ensuite master bedroom and three ensuite double bedrooms. All the bedrooms open out to the pool deck.
The lower floor has a comfortable TV area, a kitchenette, a small room that has a pull-out bed & a shower room. There is an open area in the basement with a cascading water feature.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No groups of young adults under 25 permitted.
We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.
On public holidays there is no maid service.
Complementary Vale do Lobo Resort Card: The memberships run from January to the end of December. Renewal is at the discretion of the owner and even if you have booked the villa for the subsequent year, we cannot guarantee the villa will still be a resort member. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January. If you are wanting to use the cards, please do check with us around the end of January.
Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will generally only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.
Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.
Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
