The Interior:
On the ground floor, there is the entrance hall and four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and sliding doors that also allow direct access to the garden.
On the first floor are the open-plan living and dining room leading to the kitchen and the cloakroom. From this floor, surrounded by large sliding doors, you can also access the swimming pool deck, with several lounging areas, great for relaxing, and a dining area, perfect for alfresco meals, equipped with a gas barbecue.
On the lower floor there is the laundry room and also the access to the garage.
The accommodation comprises four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, all located on the ground floor. Three bedrooms are twins with the option of converting to double, the master bedroom has a king-size bed. The bathrooms are equipped with showers and in the master suite, there is also a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine, and toaster. In the lounge, there is a spacious U-shaped sofa, a fireplace, a smart LED TV, and a wireless sound system.

Property Rules
Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before the information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only On public holidays there is no maid service.
Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay generally a few degrees above the outside temperature.
From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
