The Interior:

The property entrance begins in the hallway and then onto a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There are then stairs up to a bedroom and steps down to the living areas. In the living area is the tastefully decorated lounge/dining area which has direct access to the poolside terrace.
Heading further downstairs you will find a small office, a WC, a small kitchen, a laundry room, and a bedroom (bedroom four) that consists of 3 single beds. All the bedrooms are on their own level. Bedroom one is a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The ensuite master bedroom is on the top floor, and has a private terrace that overlooks the pool and the cascading lake below.
The property can also accommodate up to 9 people.

Exterior:

The property is set beside a small cascading lake with plenty of grass lawns and vegetation surrounding it. The outdoor terraces have a partially covered patio area with a dining table and an infinity swimming pool. The property also has a roof terrace that boasts a jacuzzi overlooking the Margarida houses and golf course in the distance.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only / On public holidays there is no maid service.

Complementary Vale do Lobo Resort Card: The memberships run from January to the end of December. Membership renewals are updated by the end of January. If you are wanting to use the cards, please do check with us around the end of January.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained. / Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained. / Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
