On the 1st floor is the open-plan, modern kitchen, and dining area with also two distinct terrace areas – one with lounge furniture and the other with a BBQ and also a dining table.

The basement is comprised of the fourth bedroom suite, cinema room, and also utility room.

The Exterior:

Outside are also beautiful, landscaped gardens and a fabulous pool that can also be heated for an extra charge. There is also a rooftop terrace with spectacular views across the ocean.  Also, there is a jacuzzi, a lounge area, and sunbeds. Soak up the sun whilst enjoying the fabulous views! All in all a great location.

The Location:

Villa Pearl was created by the renowned architect Vasco Vieira. Within a few minutes walk, you can be at ‘Julias’ beach and there are some fantastic beachside restaurants and bars. Also, just a 20-minute walk away is ‘the very well-known ‘Marias’ beachside restaurant.

The Villa is also close to the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. You can access the boardwalk at Julia’s Beach (Praia do Garrão Nascente) and along the route, the restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE. 

A 20–25-minute walk along the beach will take you to The Praça, where you will find more of the best restaurants in the area, including Sandbanks, Monty’s, and Amore. There are some fantastic bars here too and there is evening entertainment through the summer. With everything on your doorstep, this property’s location is outstanding.
