Located in the peaceful development of Quinta do Mar Villa Piper is an excellent 4-bedroom villa that has a south-facing pool, and also a short walk to the beach. The property is also wheelchair friendly with a front elevator & full ground floor access including the pool deck.

The Interior:

The villa is beautifully furnished to a high standard and is spacious throughout. The ground floor comprises the entrance hall with an elegant stairway leading to the first floor. Through the entrance hall, there is a spacious lounge that opens out onto the pool deck, a formal dining room, and a fully fitted kitchen with a utility area. There is also a WC, a TV room/snug, and 2 ensuite twin bedrooms. One of the twin rooms has direct access to the outdoor pool terrace. Both twin bedrooms can be made up as doubles.
The first floor is home to the ensuite master bedroom that also has a private south-facing terrace and there is also a further ensuite double too.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets / No groups of young adults under 25 permitted / On public holidays there is no maid service / Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. If the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder this may mean the pool heating won’t be as effective. In any case, we advise the use of the pool cover to help maximize the heat retention when the pool isn’t being used. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water and it will be only stay a few degrees above the outside temperature.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment for your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made more than 70 days prior to departure, only the deposit will be retained.

Between 56 – 69 days prior to departure, 50% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 48 – 55 days prior to your departure, 75% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 15 – 47 days prior to departure, 95% of your holiday cost will be retained.

Between 0 – 14 days prior to departure, 100% of your holiday cost is forfeited.
