Located in a quiet and peaceful area in Vilamoura Villa Adina is situated next to the golf course. This holiday rental villa has 4 bedrooms and also has a fabulous spacious garden and poolside terrace. A lovely and traditional property for all the family to enjoy.

The Interior:

Furnished to a good standard the villa is also set over 2 levels. The villa comprises of a very spacious kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dining table with chairs, and other useful equipment.
There is also a spacious and welcoming lounge/dining area that has direct access to the outdoor dining area. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV that has Portuguese and English channels.

There are 4 ensuite bedrooms in total, 3 of them are located on the ground floor and set up as twin rooms, one of which has a bathroom adapted for wheelchair users. The 1st floor is home to an ensuite double bedroom and all bedrooms also have air conditioning.

The Exterior:

Outside there is a huge spacious garden with manicured lawns and mature trees. Around the pool is a terraced area and plenty of comfortable sun loungers. There is also a covered area with a BBQ and a dining table, perfect for relaxing afternoons entertaining family and friends. The pool is approx. 8 x 4 metres and has depths between 0.8 and 2 meters.

The Location:

Villa Adina is in a much sought-after area of Vilamoura next to the golf course. Just a 5-minute drive to the Marina (or a 30-minute walk) with its cosmopolitan restaurants and amenities. The Marina is the focal point of Vilamoura, with an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A few meters from the marina are beautiful white sandy beaches to the east and west, with excellent bars and restaurants facing the sea. Also, just a short drive away is the extremely popular promenade of Quarteira right in front of the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. There is lots to explore within walking distance and there are lots of other restaurants, beaches, bars, and amenities within a few minutes’ drive. all in all a great location.

Property Rules

Strictly no smoking and no pets.

No groups of young adults under 23 permitted.

We do try to keep the photographs and descriptions up to date, however, furnishings, the layout and décor can sometimes change before information is updated here. The information provided is a guideline only.

On public holidays there is no maid service.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. We cannot guarantee the temperature of the water. This service is provided between April and October, however, if the weather (temperatures) is not adequate to provide this service it may be declined.

The Refundable Damages Deposit for this property is returned between 2 – 3 weeks after your return home, should no damage be reported by the property supplier. Any reported Damages are deducted accordingly.

From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 10 weeks before arrival along with the balance payment.

Cancellation Policy

Up to 10 weeks before arrival – loss of deposit .

Less than 10 weeks – No refund.
