Villa Oscar is an elegant 4-bedroom villa surrounded by a large and beautiful garden and located in the prestigious Quinta do Lago development.

The Interior:

Tastefully decorated, the villa offers high standards of accommodation. Access to the villa is through the spacious entrance hall, which gives access to a WC, kitchen, and the living/dining area.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, American-style fridge, and more. There is also a large breakfast area and a TV.
The accommodation on the lower floor comprises one ensuite with a twin bedroom. Also on the same floor, there is an ensuite twin bedroom with sliding doors to the pool terrace.
On the first floor, there are two more double ensuite bedrooms, one is the master bedroom which has a dressing area.
The villa benefits from a large lounge with a dining area and doors opening into another separate sitting room with cable TV, DVD, and CD player. Patio doors from both sitting rooms open into the covered terrace with furniture for outdoor meals and relaxing around the pool area.

The Exterior:

The villa has a large and beautiful garden and there is a large pool (approx. 13 x 6 metres) that can be heated for an extra charge. There is also a putting green that will keep everyone entertained. The terraced area has a lovely lounge area and a dining area with a BBQ. Also round the pool are plenty of sun loungers.

The Location:

Villa Oscar is surrounded by a large and beautiful garden located off the 6th roundabout in Quinta do Lago. The Quinta do Lago bridge leading to the beach is only a 20-25 minute walk from the villa. By this bridge you can access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo, along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants whilst taking in the beautiful scenery. Restaurants you will come across include The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few. Read more about the boardwalk HERE.

Also, you are just a 15-20 minute walk away from popular spots such as Bovino, Casa do Lago, and The Shack at the Lake. You can also access the boardwalk from here too. All in all, a great location

Catering for water sports enthusiasts of all ages, there is also a fabulous choice of both lake and beach. Activities available are Windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking, and rowing are available on the lake, as well as sailing and also water skiing. Other sports from the beachside area of the lake include the Aquapark, parasailing, and jet-skiing, or if you want something more relaxing, why not try out a pedalo boat? All in all, a great location.

Please note, when booking pool heating the water temperature is dependent on the weather. This pool doesn’t have a pool cover which will affect maintaining the heat in the pool, especially if the weather is windy, raining and/or the evenings are colder. From 01 November 2024 a Mandatory tourist tax is charged to guests by the local council and must be paid before entry into Portugal. For arrivals between the 01 April – 31 October the charge is €10 per person and from 01 November – 31 March the charge is €5 per person. The charge is for each person 16 years and older at the time of travel and is due 14 days before arrival along with the refundable damages deposit.
