Next to the living room, there’s the kitchen. This is fully equipped and with direct access to the outdoor dining area and BBQ.

On the lower floor, there’s a recreation area consisting of a pool table. There is also a TV with a games console where you can play games or watch movies.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, a twin room with the use of a shared bathroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. One is an ensuite double and the other two are also doubles with a shared bathroom.

The Exterior:

The outdoor area of this beautiful townhouse has a nice pool (approx. 8 x 4 metres) with some sun loungers and parasols scattered alongside it so you can catch some sunshine.

There is a gas BBQ next to the outdoor table with shade and seating for 8. There are also outdoor sofas and another private terrace on the first floor with table and chairs.

The property has private parking right in front of the entrance.

The Location:

We would recommend a car here, however, amenities, restaurants, and shops are all within a few minutes’ drive. Vale do Lobo beach and the Praça are within a short drive as is Quinta do Lago Shopping. You can also walk to the beach in around 20 – 25 minutes. From this beach you can also access the Boardwalk which goes from Quinta do Lago to Vale do Lobo. Stroll along the sand dunes and passing some very popular restaurants. Along the route is The Shack, Casa do Lago, Gigi’s, 2 Passos, The Bold Octopus, and Julias to name a few.  Read more about the boardwalk HERE.
